Based on the law of polarity everything has an opposite. Left/right, up/down, in/out, hot/cold. positive/negative. In order to have everything, we need to have both types of the pole. The only problem is that we can only focus on one polarity at a time. That means you either be positive or negative. We can not be both at the same time. Which ever pole you decide on, will dictate your attitude.
Our conscious mind has the ability to accept and reject information. Our subconscious mind does not have the ability to reject. So what ever we impress into our subconscious mind, will be expressed.
You have the power within you to decide what type of thought you will accept in your mind. This includes situations when someone talks in a negative manner to you. You have the choice to decide whether or not you are going to allow the negative thought affect you or not.
We have to be aware that what ever is being expressed via our subconscious mind, will play a role towards our attitude. This will instantly alter the vibration we are in (the type of energy that we feel as we progress towards our living day).
Once you understand how the mind functions, we have the power to not only control our outer world, but also what goes on in our inner world. Most people try to change the out side world. What we need to focus on changing is our inner world first before we can move into the outer world. We work from the inside out.
We have the freedom to choice the thoughts that come into our mind. We have the choice to decide whether or not we allow the type of thoughts that come into our mind dictate our life. Our attitude towards any situation will be the difference between failure and success.
We can not avoid the law of polarity, there is always going to be good and bad. The trick is to avoid allowing our negative thoughts dictate the results that we get in life.
Bob Proctor puts attitude in this way: “Attitude is the composite of your thoughts, feelings and actions. Your conscious mind controls feeling and ultimately dictates whether your feelings will be positive or negative by your choice of thoughts, then your body displays those choices through action and behavior”.
Our Attitude, as Earl Nightingale puts it, becomes the Magic Word!
We are in control and we have the power within us to shift our thought energy into the desired outcome.
