These are the kind of goals that run around your mind before going to sleep at night and are one of the first things you think about each morning. They are goals that energize you and add a dimension of creativity to every aspect of your life and achieve goals that promote quantum leaps. Corporate: Teaches the process of setting and achieving team goals. Employees set goals that inspire them, which helps to move them forward. Employees are motivated and see themselves as a part of something bigger.

What we receive from life, what we accomplish or fail to accomplish is due, in large part, to our attitude. In this lesson, you’ll learn that your attitude is a composite of 3 things – your thoughts, your feelings, your actions. Other programs may talk about the importance of having a good attitude, but this lesson explains what it is and how to change it. Corporate: The result is focused teams that have their thoughts, beliefs, and actions aligned so that they are more productive and efficient.
